The Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi who was also known as the “butcher of Tehran” has been killed in a helicopter crash and his body was found in a forested area in the mountains of Iran’s border with Azerbaijan.

The Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian was also killed in the helicopter crash on Sunday afternoon.

A presenter for IRINN said, “The helicopter carrying Mr Raisi, the jihadi, the popular president who yesterday travelled to East Azerbaijan province to inaugurate Khoda Afarin dam and several other national and provincial projects, crashed while it was returning from the dam and heading towards Tabriz refinery, due to bad weather conditions.”

The Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei confirmed that Mohammad Mokhber who is the vice president will now take over and he will have 50 days to arrange elections.
