Reform UK’s Doge chief Zia Yusuf has claimed that Kent County Council used taxpayers’ money to pay for TV licences for asylum seekers.

GB News has recently reported that the council was also using taxpayer’s money to rent office space In Brussels.

Yusuf said, “Kent County Council is using taxpayer money to pay for TV licenses for asylum seekers.

“Remember that next time you are asked to pay for yours.”

He said that taxpayers are paying £174.50 per asylum seeker, Lee Anderson Reform UK’s chief whip said, “You couldn’t make this up.”

Yusuf has pledged all Reform UK led councils will now face major scrutiny over their spending and what the money Is being spent on.
