Aaron Taylor-Johnson is the favourite to take on the role of the next James Bond.
SportsCasting traders currently have him priced at 8/11 (57% implied chance), followed by Henry Cavill at 4/1 (20%) and Theo James at 11/2 (15%).
Most people betting think Bond will stay white and British. The odds for a white Bond are 1/8 (89%), and for a British Bond, 1/6 (86%). It seems tradition still matters a lot.
Other names in the running include Callum Turner, Jack Lowden, James Norton, Jacob Elordi, Harris Dickinson, Tom Holland, and Timothée Chalamet.

With Amazon now steering the Bond brand after acquiring MGM, there’s serious investment behind the reboot. Securing Denis Villeneuve as director confirms that the next chapter is going to be big, bold and cinematic. But the casting market suggests they’ll pair that ambition with a classic and recognisable 007 figure.
