A serving Metropolitan Police officer has been charged for four counts of rape and a number of sexual offences.
PC Dion Arnold was charged for two counts of assault by penetration, one count of sexual assault and four counts of rape on 31 March, Scotland Yard said.
Arnold was arrested on 29 March by Surrey Police and he is attached to South West Command Unit and he was off duty at the time.
A spokesman said that Arnold will attend Guilford Magistrates Court on Tuesday and has been remanded in custody and suspected rapist will appear on 1 May at Guilford Crown Court.
He has been suspended from duty.
