Sonos really makes some excellent home theater, surround, and audio products, whether you’re looking for a little boom from a subwoofer, or some clear audio from a set of satellite speakers or soundbar. They do tend to be on the pricy side, which is why our list of the best Sonos deals is always a great place to start if you’re looking for some new gear.

Today’s Best Sonos Deals

Sonos Beam — $400, was $450

Sonos

With a long list of features, as you’d expect from Sonos products, this soundbar offers high-quality audio, crystal clear dialogue, and a super-easy setup process that will get you immersed in theater-quality audio in minutes. It supports Dolby Atmos, and works with assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to set timers, check the news, control smart home devices, and much more. You can also stream music, radio, and audiobooks directly to the system. If you want to know more details, be sure to check out the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) review, which explores the Dolby Atmos support and shows how this system really sets itself apart from the competition.

Sonos Sub — $650, was $750

A white Sonos Sub (3rd Gen) in a living room setting.

With any quality surround setup, you’ll need a subwoofer for some punch, thump, and boom. Nothing quite compares to the sound of a jet engine kicking on, explosions rocking the whole house, or some dull binaural tones vibrating the furniture. This wireless, WiFi, and Ethernet-ready subwoofer will give you all of that, and more. It’s compatible with the new generation of Sonos mobile app too — Sonos S2. Expand your sound system and fine-tune the experience, with a super easy setup.

Sonos Arc — $800, was $900

A Sonos Arc soundbar within a home theater setup.

Incorporating eleven high-performance drivers, with a magnetic sensor that detects when the soundbar is mounted and tempers bass resistance accordingly — this is not your average soundbar.  You can stream music, access Google Assistant and Alexa, use Sonos TruePlay to customize sound, and connect easily with NFC technology — it takes just a tap to sync with compatible devices. An ambient light sensor will even detect the room brightness and adjust the LEDs so they’re not distracting. This thing is packed with awesome features, and most of all, it sounds phenomenal when connected to any Sonos home theater system. Want to know what else it has to offer or how the experience shapes up? Take a look at our Sonos Arc soundbar review, you won’t be disappointed. After all, there’s a reason we named it the best soundbar you can buy right now.

Sonos Arc with Sub Bundle — $1,850, was $2,050

A Sonos Arc soundbar within a home theater setup.

At this point, Sonos needs no introduction, so the most important thing to note is that this bundle includes everything you need to build a first-class, immersive sound experience in your home. It includes a Sonos Arc soundbar, a Sub 3 (Gen 3) wireless subwoofer, and two One SL wireless smart speakers. You won’t have to look around for compatible products, instead it’s all here in one, convenient package.

Sonos Deals FAQ

When are the best Sonos deals?

It’s no secret that the best Sonos deals (and the best tech deals in general) are going to come around with big seasonal sales. That usually means federal holidays like Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and others that are accompanied by three-day weekends. But by far the best time to shop for Sonos deals is during annual retail blowouts such as Prime Day and Black Friday, which are unrivaled when it comes to offering the fattest markdowns on high-end electronics — and “high-end electronics” certainly include Sonos sound equipment.

If you can afford to wait, we always recommend shopping during Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday, so long as you are prepared to be quick on the trigger as inventory often sells out fast during these events. If you don’t want to wait weeks or months, though, then keep your eyes sharp, because Sonos deals are almost always available somewhere.

How much should you spend on a Sonos speaker?

Sonos is a home theater equipment manufacturer renowned for its quality speakers with high-tech capabilities. It goes without saying, then, that Sonos products cleave towards the more expensive end of the price spectrum. However, the Sonos range is wide and diverse; you might just know Sonos for its popular stand-alone speakers, but the company has a far more extensive lineup than that. It manufactures just about every piece of home theater equipment you can think of, from speakers to soundbars, amplifiers, adapters for older stereo systems, and more, all of which spans a pretty wide range of price brackets.

How much you spend is up to you, but expect to pay north of $100 for even just an entry-level wireless speaker like the Sonos Roam. Prices only go up as you move into the more advanced speaker line, with the popular Sonos One retailing for more than $200 and more full-featured wireless speakers like the Sonos Move coming in at around $400. Those are retail prices, of course, and as always, we suggest holding out for one of the many worthy Sonos deals that are frequently available (and we’re happy to help you with that).

The Sonos soundbar range is also pretty diverse, with entry-level models like the Sonos Ray going for less than $300 and higher-end units like the Arc going for nearly $1,000. Again, it just depends on what your needs and budget are. A good way to save is by looking for Sonos deals in the form of packages that bundle Sonos devices (such as a soundbar and subwoofer, and maybe a pair of speakers) at a discount. That’ll still add up quickly, but building a good home theater system is sort of a “buy once, cry once” affair. Invest in good equipment now and it’ll last you for years and years before needing to be upgraded and replaced.
