Home appliance company Cosori has released a stainless steel air fryer because why not. The Iconic Air Fryer debuted in all its shiny glory at Pepcom this week, a media showcase event ahead of CES.

Cosori says the air fryer is meant to address a pain point in the market regarding consumer concern over heating food in plastic air fryers. The company’s answer to this is a 6.5-quart stainless steel fryer with a ceramic, nonstick coating on all surfaces that come in contact with food. Iconic has a brushed metal finish that Cosori says is corrosion resistant.

The controls and display for the fryer are seated under tempered glass atop the motor. From there, users can select from six different cooking functions consisting of air fry, roast, bake, dehydrate, proof and reheat. The fryer can run as cool as 90 degrees Fahrenheit or as hot as 450.

Users can connect Iconic with the VeSync app, the app for bluetooth-enabled devices across its brand portfolio. From there, Iconic can be remotely monitored and controlled. The app also contains a library of recipes that can automatically apply the associated cook settings to the air fryer. Iconic is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Iconic is available now from the and retails for $250. Cosori also makes a more affordable 6-quart fryer that is currently our runner up for .
