Every day, business owners waste hours on repetitive tasks that they’ve tried (and failed) to automate. They’ve purchased subscriptions to automation services and spent days configuring workflows — only to abandon them when countless edge cases pile up and the whole system breaks. Artificial intelligence has given rise to powerful agents that can handle dynamic automation and solve edge cases on the fly, but the ability to create these tools remains predominantly in the hands of skilled developers and tech giants.

Sezer Kemer wants to change that equation. He’s the founder of OmniSales, a platform that simplifies the development of AI-driven automation. In doing so, he hopes to empower non-technical users to automate any workflow imaginable.

Betting big on a vision of automation

Not many willfully drop out of a prestigious degree path from the esteemed HEC Paris, but Sezer Kemer knew it was the right choice for him. Forgoing his master’s in management, Sezer left the university with $70,000 in student loans, no professional experience, and no guarantee of success.

“I didn’t care about credentials because I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, which is a permissionless path,”   explains.

It was a move that had been a long time coming. During his studies, Sezer had been teaching himself about AI, sales, and entrepreneurship through books and YouTube. He soon realized that the knowledge that truly interested him wasn’t going to come from his expensive education.

“For me,” he says, “this was a real turning point because I realized that anything could be learned on the internet if you were determined enough.”

Sezer’s first venture aimed to automate various aspects of business operations, though it struggled to gain traction as the technology wasn’t yet mature enough. So he pivoted and built an agency that helped B2B businesses automate customer outreach using AI.

Funding the future of OmniSales

Everything changed when Anthropic released its Model Context Protocol (MCP), a framework that Sezer sees as “revolutionary as APIs were in the early 2000s.” It represented a significant step up from rudimentary automation tools already on the market — tools that couldn’t handle anything but the simplest workflows.

Sezer quickly identified this framework as an opportunity to refine his approach to automation and launch a startup that had major sticking power. His plan? Leverage MCPs and LLMs to build the first tool that would enable non-technical users to build robust AI agents.

He added the project to his LinkedIn profile, and within a week, he had garnered interest from Frst, one of France’s top early-stage venture capital firms and the initial backer of four French unicorns.

The investors had only one hang-up: Sezer would need to find a technical co-founder before they felt comfortable moving forward.

“I talked to a dozen engineers over five days before finding Michael on YC Co-Founder Matching,” Sezer recalls. “He lived in Munich, Germany, and I was in Paris, France. I had never met him, but I knew he was the right co-founder, so I took a 10-hour train to meet him and start building.”

Three days after meeting in person, they flew to Paris to meet the investors at Frst. The timeline was unimaginable — roughly a week from finding a co-founder to closing the deal on a $500,000 investment at a $5 million valuation.

Now, the two co-founders are launching their flagship product: OmniSales.

OmniSales: AI automation for the masses

  is a no-code automation platform that enables anyone (not just developers) to create powerful AI agents that can plan, execute, and adapt workflows across applications and websites. It’s founded on the straightforward premise that automation should be accessible to everyone — not just technical specialists or companies with deep pockets.

While previous automation solutions allowed you to create strict, predefined workflows, OmniSales’ agentic operators can make choices, plan their execution, choose the required tools autonomously, and handle unpredicted edge cases. Traditional automation tools require users to anticipate and program for every possible scenario, but OmniSales shifts this burden to the AI, which can dynamically respond to changing conditions and unexpected situations. All users have to do is connect their tools and explain what they want in plain English — just like they’re briefing a new employee.

OmniSales also includes monitoring capabilities that allow users to test their operators and review detailed logs that show the agent’s reasoning process, which tools it decided to use, what actions it took, and the quality of the results. Furthermore, to prevent errors that arise from unclear instructions, OmniSales operators continue asking for clarification until they fully understand their mission before ever taking action.

Currently, OmniSales supports integration with a large number of popular tools, including Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, X, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Google Calendar, Typeform, email services, and e-signature platforms via OAuth2. OmniSales operators can also browse the web to navigate public websites, fill out forms, book meetings, download files and images, and interact with online content.

Perhaps most importantly, the platform requires no technical expertise. As the brand puts it, “If you are able to explain something to your intern, you can explain it to your operators!” It’s the culmination of Sezer’s vision: making powerful AI agents accessible to anyone, regardless of their technical background.

From vision to reality: Building automation for everyone

Why should powerful automation tools remain accessible only to those with technical expertise or deep pockets?

Throughout his career, Sezer Kemer has remained laser-focused on challenging the very premise of this problem.

“Our goal is to finally bring business automation to everyone,” Sezer explains. “Today, the businesses that benefit most from automation are those that can afford to pay specialized experts. We want to take it mainstream and make it straightforward and simple.”

By creating a platform where anyone can build AI agents using plain language instructions, Sezer is working to make powerful tools available to anyone with the vision to use them.
