On Monday morning Russia launched a “massive” hypersonic missile attack on Kyiv and a children’s hospital was struck killing many.

Russia launched more than 40 missiles across Ukrainian cities and the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that residential buildings and infrastructure was attacked.

The Mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko said, “This is one of the worst attacks. You can see: it’s a children’s hospital.”

Klitschko said that “explosions in Kyiv” were powerful and he told residents to stay in their shelters for safety.

A Russian hypersonic missile struck Okhmatdyt children’s hospital, which is Ukraine’s largest children’s medial facility and people have been reported to be trapped “under the rubble.”

Zelensky said, “Russian terrorists have once again launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. Different cities – Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk.

“More than 40 missiles of various types. Apartment buildings, infrastructure, and a children’s hospital have been damaged.”

The Ukrainian chief of staff Andriy Yermak accused Russia of “deliberately targeting” children.

Yermak said, “Attack on Ukraine at a time when there are the most people on the streets. Crazy Russian terrorists.”
