Peskov said the “topic of Tomahawks is of extreme concern.”

The older versions of the Tomahawk are capable of carrying nuclear weapons, Peskov warned, “Just imagine a long-range missile is launched and is flying and we know that it could be nuclear.”

He added to Russian state TV reporter Pavel Zarubin, “What should the Russian Federation think? Just how should Russia react? Military experts overseas should understand this.”

“Now is really a very dramatic moment in terms of the fact that tensions are escalating from all sides.”

Putin issued a direct warning to President Trump saying the supply of Tomahawk’s to Ukraine will cause the “destruction or our relations.”

The Russian dictator said, “This will lead to the destruction of our relations, at least the positive trends that had begun in these relations.

“So I say what I think. And how things will turn out depends not only on us and not only on me.”

Vladimir Solovyov who is a close friend and ally of Putin warned on state TV that Tomahawk’s being sent to Ukraine is akin to the Cuban missile crisis in 1962.

Solovyov said, “[The West] just needs to understand that the transfer of Tomahawk [to Ukraine] is already a new Cuban Crisis,” making reference to the Cold War.

He added, “And when they try to say: ‘What difference does it make…..?’ It makes no difference, we’ll just get hit and that will be the end of it.”
