The Foreign Secretary David Lammy who previously called Donald Trump a “tyrant in a toupee” has congratulated the 47th US President.

Lammy has previously called President Trump a “racist and KKK/neo-Nazi sympathiser” in 2017 the said the following year he is a “tyrant in a toupee.”

“The UK has no greater friend than the US, with the special relationship being cherished on both sides of the Atlantic for more than 80 years,” Lammy said on Wednesday.
