Warsaw has warned Moscow that any attack on the Baltic states will spark an “immediate response.”

Polish Chief of General Staff Raimund Andrzejczak warned the Kremlin that NATO will “strike directly at St. Petersburg.”

He warned that within the “first minute” NATO will strike all Russian strategic assets within a 300km should Russian troops cross into Lithuania, NV reports.

“Ukraine is buying us a few years. If Russia wins in Ukraine, we’ll have one Russian division in Lviv, one in Brest, and one in Grodno,” Andrzejczak added.

Poland is currently buying hundreds of missiles with a range of around 900kms and they will be used across Russia and it will be the “beginning of total confrontation” if the Baltics are attacked.

Lithuanian Army Commander Raimundas Vaikšnoras said they cannot wait around whilst NATO take their time making a decision on triggering Article 5, he advised the Baltics would need to strike back immediately.

Lithuanian Presidential National Security Advisor Kęstutis Budrys warned that Russia will start their “imperialist expansionism” at the Balic state if Russia wins the war in Ukraine.

He also warned there will be aggression toward the European union should Belarus become part of the Russian union state.

Vladimir Putin has been preparing to “double” the number of troops on the NATO border which could signal a potential conflict with the alliance, according to Estonia’s foreign intelligence.

The threat of a worldwide conflict seems to be edging closer weekly as Putin is doubling the number of troops on the border with the Baltic states and Finland.

Kaupo Rosin, director-general of the Estonian service, said in February, at the moment Moscow is not “willing to conduct any military actions towards NATO.”

Rosin said, “Russians are planning to increase their military force along the Baltic states’ border but also the Finnish border.

“We will highly likely see an increase of manpower, about doubling perhaps. We will see an increase in armed personnel carriers, tanks, artillery systems over the coming years.”
