Vladimir Putin is oozing desperation in his failed war on Ukraine and has now resorted to threatening using a “genetics” weapon, which he claims is “more serious than the atomic bomb.”

Putin claims Russia has new and more lethal weapon that would have “colossal consequences” and he has insisted the Kremlin “must be ahead” of their enemies.

The Russian Botox ridden little rat told students from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), “Regarding genetics in general, some believe that, from a security standpoint, it’s even more serious than the invention of the atomic bomb.

“It could have colossal consequences for humanity.

“Of course, we must not only not fall behind here.

“We must be ahead.”

The Russian dictator has claimed that genetics could overtake nuclear weapons along with advancements in artificial intelligence along with biotechnology thrown into the Kremlin’s narrative, in attempt to stock fears.

A NATO diplomat warned, “If energy, food and migration are weapons, then science becomes a weapon too.”
