Vladimir Putin has issued yet another warning to Western countries that there will be “serious consequences” if Ukraine uses their weapons to attack Russia.

Ukrainian forces have been given permission by many NATO countries to attack targets deep inside Russia.

Putin reportedly went berserk when he learned that the French President Emmanuel Macron has told Kyiv they can use their weapons to strike the Russian Federation.

Macron said that Kyiv must be allowed to “neutralise” Russian military sites that are launching strikes in Ukraine.

The French President correctly noted during a joint press conference with the German leader Olaf Scholz, “We are sending weapons to Ukraine, but tell them they can’t use it,” which was directed at the US and other allies who will not allow their missiles to be used in Russia.

The US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said at briefing in the White House, “There’s no change to our policy at this point. We don’t encourage or enable the use of US-supplied weapons to strike inside Russia.”

Macron added, “How can we explain to Ukrainians that they must protect their cities, notably Kharkiv, if we, at the same time, tell them they cannot target bases Russian missiles are being launched from?”

Putin warned Western leaders during a visit to Tashkent, Uzbekistan that “this constant escalation can lead to serious consequences.”

“If these serious consequences occur in Europe, how will the United States behave, bearing in mind our parity in the field of strategic weapons? It’s hard to say – do they want a global conflict?”

In a direct warning to smaller European countries, he strongly advised them be aware of the risks for them by provoking an escalation.

The Russian despot said, “In Europe, especially in small countries, they should be aware of what they are playing with.”

Putin gave another nuclear threat saying that many European countries have a “small territory” with a “dense population.”

“This is a factor that they should keep in mind before talking about striking deep into Russian territory.”

Putin then said that there are Western military instructors operating in Ukraine as mercenaries and if they are sent there officially then this will be seen as another “escalation” which will be “another step towards a serious conflict in Europe, towards a global conflict.”

France has announced that they will be sending military instructors to Ukraine and Moscow has estimated that there will be around 2,000 sent there soon.

Putin warned, “we will do what we think is necessary regardless of who is on the territory of Ukraine.”
