Trump issues Putin with another warning shot

The US President has ordered nuclear submarines to be moved “closer to Russia” after the former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev issued a threat on America.

Trump ordered two nuclear submarines to be positioned to “appropriate regions” after Medvedev’s “foolish and inflammatory statements.”

The US President wrote on his Truth Social, “Based on the highly provocative statements of the Former President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, who is now the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, I have ordered two Nuclear Submarines to be positioned in the appropriate regions, just in case these foolish and inflammatory statements are more than just that.

Words are very important, and can often lead to unintended consequences, I hope this will not be one of those instances. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

This immediate action by Washington comes after the Russian Deputy Chairman of the Security Council issued a direct warning to America of a Russian Soviet-era nuclear attack as their last resort.

Medvedev warned Trump that his “ultimatum game” with Russia is pushing the US closer to war with Moscow.

Trump wrote, “He’s entering very dangerous territory.”

Medvedev warned, “Each new ultimatum is a threat and a step towards war.

“Not between Russia and Ukraine, but with his own country.”

Medvedev is not bothered if his words provokes a “nervous reaction” as “Russia is right about everything and will continue to go its way.”

He continued on social media, “Regarding the so-called ‘dead economy’ of India and Russia and the warning about ‘entering dangerous territory’ – perhaps he should recall his favorite films about the walking dead and think about how dangerous a ‘dead hand’ can be, even one that doesn’t exist in nature.”

During the Cold War the term “dead hand” was referred to the Soviet nuclear deterrent system which was called “Perimeter” which was designed to guarantee a retaliatory strike should there be an attack on the former USSR.

On Wednesday Trump slapped India with 25% tariffs which starts on Friday slamming New Delhi as they are “Russia’s largest buyer of energy” which is helping to fund Vladimir Putin’s war on Ukraine.
