Even though Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy S26 series and the Galaxy Buds 4 toward the end of February, the rumor mill seems to have moved on to other products, including upcoming tablets and Galaxy Watches.

Per a new Smartprix report (citing GSMA IMEI listings), Samsung is working on two new Galaxy S series tablets: the Galaxy Tab S12 Plus 5G (SM-X846B) and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra 5G (SM-X946B). For now, there’s no information on the vanilla Tab S12.

Samsung’s rumor mill moves beyond the Galaxy S26

While an “Ultra” model is no surprise, the “Plus” variant is a new addition to the flagship Galaxy Tab S lineup.

It could be an indication of Samsung’s efforts to give customers a larger screen and a battery (and possibly improved performance) without expecting them to spend on the Ultra.

Apart from the tablets, the Korean brand is also prepping two new smartwatches for the global market. These could be the Galaxy Watch 9 (SM-L345U) and the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 (SM-L716U).

Expect two new smartwatches to arrive this year

While the regular smartwatch could come with a modern design language (perhaps a thinner chassis than the Watch 8) and advanced health-tracking features, the Ultra should offer a highly durable chassis, advanced GPS features, and accurate health/sports tracking.

In total, the GSMA IMEI database suggests the existence of four new Samsung products, in addition to the Galaxy Z Fold 8, the Galaxy Z Flip 8, and another foldable that the company is expected to reveal later this year.

Given that it might be challenging to hold a separate launch event for the tablets and smartwatches, the company could reveal them alongside the new Galaxy Z foldables at the Galaxy Unpacked event in August or September 2026).
