A senior Russian general has been “assassinated” in car bomb in Moscow on Monday morning.
Lt General Fanil Sarvarov, the head of the operational training directorate of Russia’s armed forces was one of Vladimir Putin’s senior officials died from injuries sustained in the successful car bomb attack.
An explosive device exploded from underneath his car as he was travelling to work, Russia’s Investigative Committee said.
Svetlana Petrenko, official spokesperson for Russia’s Investigative Committee, said, “Investigators are pursuing numerous lines of enquiry regarding the murder. One of these is that the crime was orchestrated by Ukrainian intelligence services.”
A report said that the general had “multiple shrapnel injuries, closed fractures, leg injuries, and a fractured facial bone,” he would have bled out.
Putin can’t protect Russian planes, oil refineries, sub stations or apparently its Generals in yet another assignation.

A resident in Moscow said, “At first, we thought a drone had been shot down.
“There was an explosion, but there was no fire.”
“Investigators and forensic experts from the Moscow Investigative Committee, together with emergency services, are examining the scene,” said a spokeswoman.
“A number of examinations, including medical and explosive examinations, will be scheduled soon.”
