Since taking over in 2014, Nadella has transformed Microsoft’s culture by emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and growth mindset. Under his leadership, Microsoft has seen a resurgence in innovation and financial performance, with its market cap reaching over $2 trillion in 2021.

By fostering a resilient and adaptable workforce, building strong relationships, making sound decisions, and inspiring their teams, emotionally intelligent CCOs can drive innovation, growth, and success.
