Foldable phones have become a lot bigger in the past few years after Samsung spearheaded the charge with the Fold and Flip phones. Of course, it’s still a relatively new market and tech, so if you’ve been considering grabbing one, then you know that they can be quite expensive, especially since they are some of the best phones out there. Luckily, you can get a pretty solid $200 discount on this Motorola Razer Plus, bringing it down to a more affordable $800 and giving you access to a great foldable phone experience.

Why you should buy the Motorola Razr Plus

While the Motorola Razr Plus may not seem like a cheap option compared to something like the Samsung Z Flip 6, it actually is, given that it’s a more premium version of the standard Motorola Razr. In fact, when we got our hands on it we felt that it was “. . . a phenomenal phone. It’s fun, well-made, and one of the best foldables you can buy.” Ironically, one of its biggest downsides was the price, which is very much rectified with the $200 that this deal comes with.

Under the hood, it comes with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile, which is one of the latest mobile processors and is very powerful, so you’re going to get an excellent overall experience regardless of what you do. Similarly, the whopping 12GB of RAM means you aren’t going to be constantly bumping up against lag, while the 256GB of storage should be more than enough for most folks. It also runs on Android 14 and, luckily, several Motorola phones were just confirmed to get Android 15, which extends the lifetime of the Motorola Razr Plus quite far and deals with the only other main issue we found with the Razr Plus.

All in all, the Motorola Razr Plus is easily one of the best and most budget-friendly foldable phones out there, especially with the $200 discount from Motorola that knocks it down to $800. Of course, if you’d still like to see a few more options, check out these great foldable phone deals and our roundup of the overall best phone deals.
