Sector specialist executive search firm, Trinity Bridge, has accelerated growth by an impressive 60% over the last 12 months alone, after firmly establishing its niche in the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure sectors.

Launched in 2022 by Sam Seigler, Trinity Bridge was inspired by Sam’s vision to build a world-class executive search firm with deep-rooted sector knowledge and a focus on delivering exceptional client service and candidate experience.

Since inception, Sam and his growing team have worked hard to establish a proven track record of success in building leadership teams for both multinational and domestic companies, with clients ranging from listed and privately owned businesses to venture capital and family offices.

Working with household names both on a national and international scale, the ambitious executive search firm has quickly scaled, with Sam now focused on increasing market share across the UK and Europe.

Sam Seigler, Managing Director of Trinity Bridge, confirmed: “I launched Trinity Bridge just over two years ago with a clear vision to build an industry leading executive search firm with unrivalled and specialist experience within the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure sectors.

Since inception, we have built strategic partnerships with industry leading brands – not only sourcing top tier talent, but also delivering advisory services to help hire, develop and promote exceptional leaders.

I am genuinely proud of our early growth and success and now look forward to building on this during 2025 and beyond.”

Headquartered in London, Trinity Bridge is underpinned by its mission to help organisations and people succeed.
