US President Donald Trump says Tehran is all talk — and he’s done waiting.
“They want to talk. But so far they do a lot of talking and no action.”
Asked how Iran can avoid a US strike, Trump fired back: “Give us the deal that they should have given us the first time.”
And if they don’t?
“Either we will make a deal — or we will have to do something very tough like last time.”
On January 26, Trump revealed Washington had sent a “big armada” toward Iran.
Now he says that may only be the beginning.
“We have an armada that is heading there and another one might be going.”
A US official told the Wall Street Journal a deployment order could be issued “in a matter of hours.”
Trump has already cautioned that the next strike would be “far worse” than the summer 2025 attacks.
“Don’t make that happen again.”
Despite the saber-rattling, negotiations are still alive. The US and Iran held another round of nuclear talks in Oman on February 6. Iran’s team was led by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
The US delegation was headed by Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff.
Warships in position.
Warnings escalating.
Diplomats scrambling.
Trump’s message to Tehran is blunt: Make the deal or brace for impact.
