Ubertas Consulting, a leading AWS Premier Consulting Partner and part of Devoteam based in London, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan White as the new Head of Enterprise Sales in the UK. This strategic hire comes at a pivotal time for the company, following its recent acquisition by Devoteam, and signals a significant step in expanding its enterprise-level services.
Dan brings over 23 years of IT industry experience to the role, including a 7 year tenure as an EMEA leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS). His diverse background spans technical roles, consulting, and leadership positions in cloud, dataand AI solutions.

In his most recent role, Dan led a team that achieved remarkable results, transforming their customer base into enterprise with 203% YoY growth by end of Q2 2024 becoming the number one partner in the UK and Ireland for Amazon Bedrock revenue on AWS.
When asked about his new role, Dan expressed enthusiasm about two key aspects: “First, the culture of both Ubertas and Devoteam really appealed to me during the interview process. Second, we have an incredible opportunity to build out a new AWS enterprise sales practice in the UK with the agility of a small partner in Ubertas but with the backing and scale of Devoteam.”
Looking ahead, Dan identifies several key trends in the IT industry that he’s eager to address in his new role. “We’ve passed the peak of the GenAI hype cycle, which I think is a good thing because customers are now considering longer-term investments with a greater focus on business ROI,” he notes. “I’ve also seen a large increase in data modernisation requirements, fueled by generative AI, and increasing demand for partners to manage AIOps as projects grow in complexity.”
Dan’s appointment comes at a time of growth and expansion for Ubertas Consulting. With the recent Devoteam acquisition, the company is poised to scale to the next level, combining Ubertas’s agility with Devoteam’s extensive resources and European presence.
