Ukrainian forces have undertook a “high precision strike” at a building where 500 Russian soldiers were hold up in Kherson Oblast.
Some 30,0000 to 40,000 Russian soldiers had withdrawn from Kherson last week but there are still thousands of Russian troop on the east bank of the Dnipro River.
There have been reports of fierce fighting in the Donetsk region and there has been Russian bombings on Ukrainian positions in the east of the country.

The Ukrainian General Staff said that 56 Russian soldiers were seriously wounded and shortly after it has been claimed that 14 died shortly after of their injuries.
Over the past 24 hours more than 16 airstrikes along with four missile attacks took place in Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy, Kharkiv and Donetsk, with more than 40 MLRS attacks as the Russian’s hit Ukrainian positions hard.
The General Staff said, “It has been confirmed that the Defence Forces hit a concentration area of the occupiers in the Kherson Oblast.
“In the area of the settlement of Dnipryany, a high-precision strike was carried out on a building where up to 500 occupants were located.
“According to its results, two trucks of dead invaders were taken to Tavriysk.”
President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address, the Russians are “everywhere have the same goal: to humiliate people as much as possible. But we will restore everything, believe me.”
He added, “There [in Donetsk] it is just hell – there are extremely fierce battles there every day.
“But our units are defending bravely – they are withstanding the terrible pressure of the invaders, preserving our defence lines.”
The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported Russian soldiers are deserting which is a challenge for Russian forces as morale is at its lowest.
