A Ukrainian born US politician, Victoria Spartz has said that Kyiv is not “winning the war” and therefore should cede territory to Russia.

Spartz said during an interview with the Telegraph that Kyiv is in no position to make demands to Vladimir Putin to keep all their territory, which echoes something similar to what the US President has previously muted.

She said that Ukrainian citizens should demand that President Volodymyr Zelensky resign, despite recent polling show the vast majority of the population support the Ukrainian leader.

Spartz told the Telegraph, “If the were winning the war, that would be very different,” to demand all of their territories back.

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi wrote on social media, “Unlike Victoria, all of our land has always been and will always remain Ukrainian.”

Her statement clearly echoes the Kremlin’s rubbish that they constantly talk about, said, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk.

Stefanchuk said, “One, born in Kyiv, became a representative of Putin.

“Another, from Chernihiv Oblast, discusses the ‘expediency’ of giving up Ukrainian territories, calling the Ukrainian people a faceless ‘they.”

Spartz once supported military aid heading for Ukraine and moved to the US in 2000, she has aligned herself with the US President, the Kyiv Independent reported.

She previously claimed that President Zelensky “insulted the American President” and he allegedly “did a disservice to the Ukrainian people.”

Spartz told the Telegraph “If they elect him [Zelensky], they’re going to lose the rest of the country.”

She has claimed there is a “lack of clear strategy” in Kyiv and has publicly distanced herself from Ukrainian policy.
