A senior ranking naval officer has said his crew had a close shave with a UFO the size of a “football field” which was travelling at speeds of 200mph underwater, he said this was “no fish.”

Tim Burchett is a member of Congress to investigate the UFO sightings by serving military personnel as officials are probing the sightings of Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs) including flying aircraft.

The member of US Congress said the sightings were reported in “deep water areas” in the ocean as there has been many reports of mystery objects beneath the seas.

The Congressman said, “A very high-ranking member of the Navy described some underwater experiences with something that was doing 200mph underwater.

“It was as big as a football field.

“That’s no fish.”

Burchett was asked on TV if it was manmade, he said, “Not with our technology no.

“The best we have is probably in the high 30s.”

He said the unidentified objects are not secret military technology as senior officials would not put their own submarines or military aircraft at risk.

He added, “Why would we risk multi-million-dollar apparatus?

“Why would we put something in the air around our best pilots that could have a crash?

“Because what these guys are talking about – they’ve come close to collisions.

“Why would they do that? They would not do that. It would be stupid. I just don’t think we’d be risking that. That’s my proof that it’s not ours.”
