Jenny Mathers, a lecturer in international politics at the UK’s Aberystwyth University, echoed a similar sentiment.
Mathers told the Kyiv Independent, “Kellogg certainly seems to be the member of this administration who is the most sympathetic to Ukraine, although he is by no means a fervent supporter of all the terms that the Ukrainian government has identified as necessary for a genuine and sustainable peace.”
