Ukraine has launched a series of attacks inside the Russian Federation and has fired several US long-range missiles.

The Kremlin has warned Kyiv on Tuesday they are preparing a “response action” after Monday’s attack using Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS).

The Russian Defence Ministry said that on Saturday Ukrainian forces launched ATACMS in Lotaryovka, 37km northwest of Kursk.

The ministry said, “According to confirmed data, over the past three days, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have carried out two strikes with long-range Western weapons on targets in the Kursk region.”

They said that “two reached their target” and people were hurt after a Russian radar was hit.

On Monday Ukraine “launched another strike with eight ATACMS… on the Kursk-Vostochny airfield,” the Russian Defence Ministry added.

They warned, “The Russian ministry of defence is monitoring the situation, and response actions are being prepared.”
